某年夏天，野比大雄遇见来自未来的曾曾孙世修及机械猫多啦A梦，更向他预告日后结婚的情形，以及祸害数代的连环不幸事件。为了扭转命运，多啦A梦被委以重任，留在身边大雄身边，用上百宝袋、时光机、随意门、豆沙包、竹蜻蜓等经典道具协助他。随着大雄成长，渐渐获得勇气和幸福，未来的命运产生变化之时，多啦A梦竟然要回到未来?

·史上首部「哆啦A梦」系列的3DCG动画「Stand By Me 哆啦A梦」自2014年8月8日公开以来，已经吸引了600万以上的观众前去观影，票房超过80亿日元。
·近日本片公布了BD和DVD的相关消息，发售时间定在了2015年2月18日。BD豪华版价格为6800日元，BD通常版价格为4800日元，DVD价格为3000日元。
·本作是为了纪念藤子・Ｆ・不二雄老师的诞辰80周年而制作的，剧中包括了「从未来之国千里迢迢而来」、「大雄的结婚前夜」、「雪山上的浪漫史」、「再见哆啦A梦」和「哆啦A梦回来了」等篇目的经典剧情。
因为很多人喜欢保全叔的配音，故带上这个粤配。目前除开港版之外意版也有3D原盘(日版是没有3D版的蓝光发售的)，但是意版为BD25，画质远不如港版。
因为原盘和日版一样噪点极多所以做了降噪处理。
同时使用HEVC将体积控制在一个较低的视频码率同时保证了较高的质量。
当然这个参数是否真的完全适合3D CG动画，我并没有详细测试，这是我日后将做的一系列事情之一。这个参数只是直接使用anime适合的参数拿过来用。(毕竟这个3D CG和乐园追放以及LL的那种3D CG差别还是相当大的。)
